Skyr Sweden

Tasted a couple of these this week. Icelandic skyr have finally arrived on the Swedish food market! Due to the sweet design of the cups I really thought they were going to be awesome, but I have to say I’m disappointed. It’s been a while since I ate Skyr, and it may be that I’ve completely forgot what it taste like when it’s not drowned in sugar, but I feel they’ve made it taste a lot like regular yoghurt. What’s the point of that, who is going to buy something about twice as expensive as yoghurt, if it’s just going to taste like that anyway? Gosh. Maybe I’ll just learn how to make it myself, like mom and dad.. Haha, who am I kidding, like I’d actually do anything kitchen-related myself..
